Personal Training for Youth
In the electronic age with computers, cell phones and video games, youth tend to be much less active. Childhood obesity and diabetes are at all time highs. These issues make personal training for youth a vital part of Fit Quest's vision.
Workouts for youth are designed to achieve the fitness goals of the youth while making exercise fun. Workouts are designed to be age appropriate taking into consideration the physical and emotional developmental issues.
This 18-year-old client has lost over 50 pounds. She has amazing balance and has conquered the 24" box jump! Through the course of our training she has become very fit and more confident!
When I met this 11-year-old, he expressed an interest in running. He has now completed five 5K races, an 8K race, a nine-mile race and his first half-marathon!
